Forgotten your eDGE email ID?

You can retrieve it by logging into your account from the Axis eDGE website and then clicking on My Profile.

Forgotten password for your eDGE account?

a. Axis eDGE Rewards Website : Login to your eDGE account >> Click on Forgot password >>Enter Customer ID & Submit >> New password will be sent on your eDGE email ID.

b. Axis Mobile App : Menu (3 bar option) >> Reward Points >> Redeem >> My Points >> My Profile >> Change Email ID 

c. Internet Banking : Click on Account )>> eDGE Rewards >> Redeem >> Click on your Account name  >> My Profile >> Change Password

Axis eDGE account can also be accessed through Internet Banking / Mobile Banking.
