Block & Replace Credit Card


I want to block & replace my Axis Bank Credit Card. How do I do it?
You can block or replace your Credit Card using the below channels:
a. Axis Mobile App: Click on Menu >> Services & Support >> Credit Cards: Block & Replace >> Select Card >> Select Usage >> Click on Block & Replace >> Enter mPIN
b. Internet Banking: Click on Accounts >> My Credit Cards >> Select the card >> More Services Dropdown >> Select Block card >> Select Reason >> Click on Next >> Enter NetSecure Code received through SMS
c. SMS : SMS BLOCK <<your 16 digit card number>> to 5676782 from your registered mobile to block your card on a real time basis. 
d. Phone : Call us on the numbers mentioned on the Call tab below

Will I get option to select a usage type while placing ‘Block & Replace Card’ request?
Yes, you can choose usage type for your replacement card by selecting option i.e. 'Domestic & International' or 'Domestic' as per your requirement through Internet & Mobile Banking.

When will I get the replacement card?
Your replaced card will be dispatched to your registered mailing address. You will receive your replacement credit card within 10 working days.

How will I get confirmation on blocking my card?
You will get a confirmation on Axis Mobile on submission of ‘Block & Replace Card’ request. You will also get a SMS confirmation on your mobile registered in Mobile Banking for card blocking and replacement of card.
