A fraudulent transaction has taken place on my Axis bank account using UPI? What do I do?
1. Change your UPI PIN : Immediately change your UPI PIN linked to your Axis bank account from any UPI enabled app 
2. Block your Debit Card : To ensure any further fraudulent  transactions do not take place in this account, you can block your debit card using the below options:
   a. Phone: Call us on the numbers mentioned on the Call tab below 
   b. Mobile Banking: Click on Debit Cards / Credit Cards through Services under Accounts option >> Select Block & Replace Card >> Select the card >> Click on Block & Replace >> Enter mPIN (Mobile Banking Password)
   c. Internet Banking: Click on Block Card through My Debit Cards / My Credit Cards under Accounts option>> Select Reason for Blocking the Card >> Select Suspected Misuse >> Enter NetSecure Code received through SMS >> Your card will be blocked
3. Report the transaction : After blocking the Debit Card, report the fraudulent transaction to the 
   Bank. You can report this transaction through the below channels:
   a. Phone : Call us on the numbers mentioned on the Call tab below
   b. Email : Send us an email by clicking on the Email tab below
